4-week hands-on course to build your BA portfolio and sharpen your business analysis techniques. Part II curriculum:  

• Data model (ERD)
• Data flow diagram
• Data dictionary + data mapping spreadsheet
• Scenario matrix

• 4 one-hour hands-on classes in a small group (max 8 participants) 
• Immediate feedback during the sessions
• Schedule flexibility (you can join an alternate session or access a video recording if you miss a session)

4 virtual sessions:

Fridays 5-6 pm ET (May 2-23, 2025) OR Tuesdays 12-1 pm ET (May 6-27, 2025)

If you are unable to attend, you may join the alternate session.

Video recordings will be provided and available for 3 months after the course ends.

Tools used: free diagramming tools, MS Office/Google Sheets/Excel (2-monitor setup recommended)
