Shipping policy

Physical products will be shipped via Canada Post and will adhere to the Canada Post delivery terms.

Digital products can be downloaded instantly after purchase.

Coaching packages: all arrangements about coaching session dates can be made via email: yulia.kosarenko@why-change.com.

All coaching packages must be used within 3 months. If the customer does not respond to the communication within 3 months from the date of purchase or does not attend two consecutive agreed-upon and scheduled coaching sessions, the remaining unused sessions will be forfeited.

Subscription products will be charged monthly and can be cancelled at any time. See "Purchase options cancellation policy" for details.
